From downtown Atlanta, head North on I-75/I-85 towards Gwinnett County. Once you pass 14th Street, stay in the left lanes and continue on I-85 North into Gwinnett County.

From the point where you pass under I-285, go approximately 12 miles to exit number 107, which is Duluth Hwy (GA 120).

Take exit number 107, follow signs to head West towards Duluth on GA 120. Stay in center lanes, go under GA 120, right turn will loop you around to head West. Go over I-85 to first traffic light at Satellite Boulevard (BP gas station on corner).

Turn right onto Satellite Boulevard and go approximately 1/2 mile. Be looking for a couple of 4-story buildings on the right. When you come to Sugarloaf Circle, turn right and then first right into the parking lot. Once you enter parking lot, you will come to a dead end, building number "2170" is straight ahead. Park in nearby designated areas wherever convenient to the building.

Note: "The Gables" apartment homes will be directly across the street from building 2170. If you are arriving from GA 120 on Satellite Blvd. and you pass Ironstone Bank, Safeco building, Gwinnett Civic Center or Chick-fil-A, you have gone too far.

Keller Williams Realty Atlanta Partner's Sugarloaf office is on the first floor in Suite 195. If outer door is locked, ring doorbell labeled "Keller Williams" (doorbell buttons are located on the window frame to your right if you are facing the front doors).
